Prices at the register don't match the price tags in the store shelves. I went shopping here and some of my items were ringing up a few dollars more than what the price tag said on the shelf. This is very deceptive. When I went back to the member services desk, they would not honor the price that's in the store.

I want to give a shoutout to Crystal Reaves, the optician at this location. I brought in an old pair of sunglasses that needed the screws tightened and the frames adjusted for a better fit. I’m a senior citizen and recently broke my wrist, so I just didn’t have the dexterity to do it myself — only my non-dominant hand was working. Crystal greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I needed help. When I explained my situation, she didn’t hesitate at all — she jumped right in and got the frames fitting perfectly. I really appreciated her kindness. Next time I need an eye exam or want some new fashionable frames, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Crystal, for the excellent service!

I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at the BJ's in Columbia, Maryland, thanks to Jimena at Member Services. She was extremely attentive, helpful, professional, and efficient. Jimena handled everything with kindness and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It is rare to receive this level of customer service, and she truly exceeded my expectations. BJ's is very fortunate to have Jimena on the team. Thank you, Jimena, for such an outstanding experience!

I placed a curbside pickup order for nine items and didn’t realize until I got home that the order in my trunk wasn’t mine. Instead of my groceries, I received only bacon and two gallons of milk. When I called the store, I was on hold for a very long time. The entire phone call took around 30 minutes, yet no one could even confirm whether my actual order was still at the store. I was simply told they would “talk to the team” and make a note in case my order was there. I also asked what could be done about the fact that I had already driven home and now had to make a second trip because of a mistake that wasn’t mine. The only compensation offered was $10 off an in-store purchase if I asked for two specific managers. That isn’t very helpful because I use curbside pickup specifically to avoid shopping inside the store. I planned my trip around pickup, and because of the store’s error, my time and gas were wasted. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this experience extremely disappointing was how it was handled afterward. No one could tell me where my groceries were, there was no proactive solution, and the compensation offered didn’t address the inconvenience of makin

I like having different options and varieties of items these warehouses offer and the monthly specials/coupons that they have as well. This warehouse though always seems short staffed and under stocked. The prices are competitive for the most part and the store is clean but they definitely have room for improvement. I will say the staff they do have... most are helpful and friendly.
